Subscription Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on the plan selected).
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all recurring subscription fees.

Why Payment Is Required

• Maintain uninterrupted service and ongoing support.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment cannot be processed:

• We will notify you and attempt to process the payment again.
• Your subscription benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
• Continued payment failure may result in cancellation of your subscription.
• You remain responsible for any outstanding balances owed for services already provided.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
• Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
• Your subscription benefits will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.

Refund Policy

• Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
• Partial refunds or credits are not provided for unused services or early cancellation.

Service Availability

Account Responsibility

• Maintaining accurate billing and contact information.
• Protecting the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of their account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the subscription service shall not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber during the billing period in which the claim arose.
